| Job Title: | Visitor Experience Assistant, Sumburgh Head |
| Overview: | We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Sumburgh Head Lighthouse, Visitor Centre and Nature Reserve. We are looking for someone who can provide an outstanding visitor experience, providing excellent customer service and helping us engage visitors with the history of the lighthouse and the natural environment. You will provide a welcome to visitors, ensure they are safe and that the venue is presented to the highest standards. The duties are varied, and the post-holder will be expected to assist in many aspects of running the service. |
